What you'll do

• Design and execute test cases to validate core product features, compliance workflows, and financial transaction processes.
• Document, track, and prioritize defects or irregularities, collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Evaluate performance and reliability of systems under various load conditions to confirm stability, responsiveness, and accuracy in financial operations.
• Verify proper implementation of AML/CTF measures, sanctions screening, and risk management controls within systems and processes.
• Shadow product and operations teams to gain insights into real-world use cases and integrate findings into QA improvements.
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in software QA, testing, or quality assurance, ideally within fintech, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Technical skills including QA methodologies and tools, SDLC knowledge, database management, and testing processes.
• Ability to create process visualizations using flow charts (EPC, BPMN, FAD, CFF) and provide clear descriptions.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing detailed test cases, documenting results, and tracking defects.
• Familiarity with AML/CTF processes, sanctions screening, or financial compliance is a strong advantage.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve QA processes continuously.
• Understanding of system performance, stress, and reliability testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Skills and knowledge to orientate in the general market situation of the industry.
• Strong communication skills and cooperation skills with team and colleagues, partners, business partners.
• Fluency in Lithuanian, good English language skills (any additional foreign language is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to cope with a very dynamic environment and rapid changes.
• Willingness to be self-sustainable at times and ready to show initiative.
