What you'll do

• Support the KYC team with performing reviews (Onboarding/ODD) of Business Relationships with potential and existing VIALET Customers.
• Assist in reviewing, evaluating, and renewing provided Customer KYC information and documentation.
• Help with Customer screening against International Financial Sanctions, PEP lists, and Adverse Media Search.
• Contribute to preparing Customer risk assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain and update relevant internal registers and databases.
• Aid KYC team members and participate in knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with other teams, including Sales, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Support, Account Management, and Compliance.
• Learn about opportunities for work process automation and best practices in KYC operations.

What you'll bring

• Interest in AML/KYC: A keen interest in understanding AML regulations and KYC processes. Prior experience or coursework in this area is a plus.
• Understanding of Corporate Documentation: Basic familiarity with corporate documents and their significance is preferred.
• Research Skills: An eagerness to learn about various business activities of potential and existing customers.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and clarify regulatory requirements when needed.
• Analytical Thinking: Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to support the review of customer data.
• Language Proficiency: Professional English skills are required; additional languages are a bonus.

• Tech-Savviness: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Detail oriented.
• Be able to cope with a very dynamic environment and rapid changes.
• Be prepared to be self-sustainable at times and ready to show initiative.
