What you'll do

• Proactively monitor and inform the team about legislative changes across payments, e-money, AML, and IT security.

• Take the lead on all labor law matters, ensuring our internal work regulations and employee safety standards are exemplary.

• Lead the implementation of legal changes into our internal documents and draft the procedures and normative acts that define how we operate.

• Evaluate, draft, and negotiate outsourcing agreements, IT contracts, and commercial partnerships.

• Drive the correction of non-compliance issues and manage our reporting obligations to the State Tax Inspectorate and other authorities.

• Ensure legal requirements for capital adequacy and the protection of client funds are strictly met.

• Manage high-level legal enquiries and provide guidance to the CEO and management team to support our long-term growth objectives.

What you'll bring

• Higher legal education (Lawyer, Jurist, or Master’s degree in Law).

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel within the finance or fintech sector.

• Deep understanding of payments, e-money, AML, IT security, data protection, and labor law.

• Practical experience in compliance assessments and collaboration with government institutions (e.g., State Tax Inspectorate, banking regulators).

• Experience in drafting and updating internal legal acts, procedures, and complex regulatory documents.

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal); knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• A responsible, proactive problem-solver with a readiness to #do.it.right.
