What you'll do

• Operating as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders;
• Perfectly understanding of products/features that VIALET provides, and actively sharing the knowledge with our customers, partners, colleagues;
• Building and improving a long-lasting relationship with our existing or newly coming customers, agents;
• Greatly assisting our customers with their daily banking needs with efficient and professional communication;
• Proactively cooperating with compliance, operations, customer support team;
• Participating in sales and marketing initiatives related to existing customers;
• Well-organized systematic understanding of your customers' that could be reported to your direct manager on a weekly basis.

What you'll bring

• At least 1-3 years of proven experience in banking and/or KYC services.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to defining the team's goals and objectives.
• Very good time management skills and ability to multi-task and tasks prioritization.
• Strong communication skills and cooperation skills with team and colleagues, partners, business partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex transactional data.
• Professional English language skills (any additional foreign language is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Orientation to the details.
• Ability to cope with a very dynamic environment and rapid changes.
• Willingness to be self-sustainable at times and ready to show initiative.
