Now we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our ambitious Sales team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's reach and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively participate in Sales team's and overall company's strategy execution and initiatives to achieve long-term goals.
- Fulfill key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve effectiveness and provide regular reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the FinTech or related financial industries with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in direct B2B sales would be considered as a plus).
- Familiarity with the specific industry's challenges, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strong capability to proactively apply "think out of the box" model, to come up with solutions for indicated risks/issues/problems/possibilities.
- Ability to plan, present and implement personal sales goals/strategies/ideas, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Established network of contacts within the industry, understanding of the main competitors, market leaders would be considered as a huge plus.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Familiarity with CRM (any), sales analytics tools, and other relevant software used in the daily sales process; data-driven attitude at working environment.
- Expertise in handling and closing complex sales deals, negotiating contracts, and establishing partnership agreements within the sales team or in team with cross-teams members.
- Alignment with the company's core values, mission, and culture. Willingness to represent and advocate for the brand.
- Strong willingness to learn and implement new skills/knowledge to improve company's well-being.
